We want you to absolutely love your Gym Time Fits gear. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept traditional returns for ordering the wrong size or choosing the wrong style. However, we’re happy to help with eligible issues, including wrong items sent, damaged/defective products, or approved replacement requests.

For sizing issues, we may offer a one-time complimentary size replacement when eligible. 

Refunds or replacements must be requested within 30 days of purchase. For damaged or defective items, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it quickly.
